Established in 2010 with many successfully complete home inspections to date, we aim to be responsible and thorough with all of our clients. With over 15 years in the construction and electrical industries, we carry experience and due diligence amongst all of our practices.
We will work with our clients to ensure that our process with us is streamlined, successful and gives you satisfaction with peace of mind knowing that our services will fit your needs. Our inspectors are required to follow a strict code of ethics and do so diligently.
We pride ourselves on our work ethic and services we make available. This is why referrals are the greatest compliment. We strive on referrals from our previous clients and as a result a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
Our Inspectors are fully trained and accredited with the following:
- Home Inspection Certificate Program through Humber College
- Building Codes and Defect Recognition at the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI)
- Commercial Building Inspection Certificate Program through Carson and Dunlop
- Over 15 years experience in the Construction and Commercial Industries
